Arriving to the car park
Once you arrive, please park your car in the pre-book section which is clearly sign posted to the left of the car park. Once you have parked your car, you will need to check your car in and drop off your keys to a member of staff at the NCP cabin.
Leaving the car park
Once you’ve left the terminal building, catch a shuttle bus back to Car Park 7. Make sure you speak to a member of staff at the NCP cabin, to collect your car keys on arrival. Once you receive your keys, you can drive straight to the barrier, insert your ticket and head for home.
If you haven’t pre-booked, you’ll need to go to one of our Pay Stations, where we can work out how much your parking has cost. Don’t worry if you haven’t got any cash on you: our Pay Stations accept both credit and debit cards, as well as cash.
If you experience any problems at the barrier, please press the button for assistance and our Control Centre team will be only too happy to help.
Car Park 7 has 10 bays set aside for disabled drivers. If you’re a Blue Badge holder, you’ll first need to go to the NCP cabin to register. If you do not wish to leave your own blue badge on display, you can fill out a form and be issued with a temporary permit to park. Please remember to bring all your confirmation details if you have pre-booked online, as this will help us process your permit faster. Then simply park in one of the blue badge bays, display either your own badge or the permit, and catch the shuttle bus to start your holiday.
